The banal is the bane of Doris Fish and Company, whose Halloween extravaganza of music and mayhem, Nightclub of the Living Dead, is shaping into a major blow-out. For la Fish, it’s a farewell performance before a three-month disappearance Down Under. (No, she hasn’t got a new boyfriend; she’s just going home to Australia where they can’t do Gay Mardi Gras without her.)
